At Gift It Gray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gift isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is secure for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
